Timeline

Parliament envisions the following timeline, provided that project kickoff can occur in mid/late July.

UX Strategy & Product Development Activities	Initial product strategy and UX work begins	Initial prototype / wireframe direction	Iterative design, testing, and development	Final refinement and launch preparation	Initial public launch
Project Management	Weekly (or bi-weekly) 30-min check-ins between Parliament and K1C (with additional deeper planning & debrief sessions as needed)
Parent Design Team Sessions	K1C will be arranging and scheduling these sessions; Parliament will shadow the sessions and participate in debriefs with K1C.

Parliament will provide recommendations and scope options for continued support in product iteration and UX strategy refinements after the initial January launch.

Budget

$40,000

This proposed scope of work for a thoughtful, user-centered design process culminates in a public School Views launch in early CY2027. Parliament will also address any bugs identified during the first three months following launch.
